As a first time buyer in France, I found Ryan Green Properties to be a great help not only with recommendations of carefully selected and appropriate properties but also guiding me through the complete purchase process - and most of this was achieved ‘long distance’ since at the time I was living in the Far East! He knows the market very well, is held in high regard in the local community and offers a far more proactive, dynamic and efficient service than the rather lacklustre local agents. I think he got me a better deal than I would have got elsewhere, after all the costs. Ryan also introduced me to a good notary, a superb architect to oversee my renovation project and we have kept in touch since.

We absolutely love our new house in the wine village of Rasteau in Provence and have managed to visit each month for about a week. Each time we don’t want to come home! Going through the various sites is incredibly difficult and there are no locations given for places, making it even more difficult to locate suitable homes.
